Steps to Transfer Zain prepaid credit to Nepal(NTC and Ncell)
- After activating international credit transfer using the above steps, send/reply SMS to 94009 by sending the message “TR”<Space>”+977XXXXXXXXXX”, here +977 is the country code of Nepal, and 10X means 10 digit Nepali phone number that you are going to send balance.
- Then soon after you send the above SMS, you will get another SMS from the service provider. That shows you 4 amount options (1,2,3,4). Choose one out of 1,2,3, or 4 depending on how much you wish to send to the Nepali number.
- After sending this message, you will get one confirmation message. Reply to that message with “Y” after validating the transaction details. Soon your Zain Credit balance will be credited to the Nepali number(work for both NTC/Ncell)
Note: As in mentioned in Zain official website, there is some important note and limitation on this service which are as follows-,
- The monthly transfer limit is 30 KD, and you can do up to 20 transactions (transfer) per month.
- At least 1KD must remain in your Zain Sim after transferring the amount. Otherwise, the transfer will not be completed. So before doing a balance transfer from your Zain Kuwait Sim, please check and ensure that it has sufficient balance for transfer.
